1. Roles
- Website accounts and support mail. Controller: NYRU SERVICES LIMITED.
- Player identifiers, telemetry, and evidence on a customer's server. Controller: The server owner. Processor: NYRU SERVICES LIMITED.
2. Purpose
The purpose is cheat detection, evidence storage, and review by authorised staff.
3. Retention
Evidence recordings are kept for 30 days by default, then deleted. The server owner can set another period.
4. Hosting
Hosting providers store the data.
5. Law and contact
